The arm is well-built and strong enough to hold up my 34", 6.7kg monitor. Although I was initially worried about the strength of collar that prevents the arm from sliding down the pole, this has not been an issue (yet, at least).

Height adjustment requires a extra pair of hands or for the monitor to be removed in a trial-and-error adjustment process. Compared to gas spring monitor arms, this design has the upside that the monitor can go 'back' a lot: when the arm is relatively high, the joint at the end of the arm is able to go above and slightly behind the pole. In my setup, the pole is almost touching the back of the monitor, so there is only around 5cm between the back of the monitor and back of the desk.

These are simple, clean and hard to fault. They're not spring / gas loaded but honestly that just means they're more reliable. They look nice enough too.
