I've had a really poor experience with a missing part in my previous delivery and seems PB is convinced it's been sent. Packaged arrived unsealed and unfortunately the quickest way for me to get the unit working was to order the part separately. I know the team is investigating though and I appreciate this. They did delivered me this arm very quickly despite the fact i had to order again.
