Works well and was easy to connect to. Static can become a problem if you crank up the volume too much (the kind of volume where people hear you coming down the street) but make sure to have the Bluetooth volume on your phone all the way up so you don't need to up the car volume as much. - Works right out of the box.
- Sound quality is solid. We’ve used similar devices in the past, and it seemed like we could never get it perfect to a specific channel, so you’d always hear the typical radio hiss. Not with this one - it’s crystal clear.

Cons:
- Has a strong female Chinese accented voice to let you know it’s “On” or “Bluetooth Mode Connected” etc, which cheapens it a bit. Would’ve preferred a simple tone sound to let you know these sorts of things. Combined with the next point, it’s a little embarrassing.

- Frequency range starts at 87. Most Japanese car radios start at a much lower frequency, so the effective frequency band that you can use is significantly narrower than you may expect. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you live in a city where lots of the bandwidth is taken up by radio stations, it may be a bigger problem.

I've been using this for about 2-3. Have had no problems with it. Surprising easy to set up, just plug in twist dial on radio and away you go. Love the three charging ports, and the sound comes through really clearly! Way better than others I've used in the past. I bought this on a whim, as the one I use to own is no longer available. In the past I had tried multiple Fm transmitters, only to find that the quality is terrible. After trying this one for the first time, I was immediately pleased with the ease of setting up and the quality of the audio. Not to mention the modern charging ports. Highly recommend this to anyone who has trouble with Fm transmitters! I bought this on a whim, as the one I use to own is no longer available. Yeah that's right guys, I was soooo sick and tired of my old car not having Android Auto, so I got these instead. Now, I can sing Golden and Soda Pop through my phone whilst I'm stuck on the motorway! My Soda Pop! 🎶

I have tried a few different kinds of these Bluetooth FM transmitters. They all promise the same thing, and they all look more or less the same, but in my experience they are of very variable quality. I have owned one that didn't always connect to the Bluetooth and had to be unplugged and plugged back in. Another where the volume was so quiet that when I switched to playing CDs the car volume went super loud. And another where we could hear interference from the engine the whole time. This one doesn't do any of those things. It just connects every time and plays nice clear music with no interference. :-).
