I bought this as a replacement for my plastic ones which were not stable and did not work with my laptop. It is really good, easy to assemble and adjust to the required height. Great anti-slip rubber patches from both sides guarantees that the stand doesn't move on the desk and laptop is not moving aside. For the really wide laptops like 17" it's to narrow but for 10" - 15" laptops suit perfectly. Ease to fold and pack when traveling or work outside. Fully recommend. Excellent product and I use it everyday for my Macbook Air. It is portable and easy to pack in the pouch and in to the laptop bag to carry.

The stand is light and pretty well made - someone has clearly spent at least some time thinking about how someone might actually use it.
The multiple height adjustment points are useful, the grippers do their job, and the bag makes it easy to tuck in the same pocket as the laptop if need be.

I purchased this together with a Loctek Eco Ergonomic Deskalator (raise-lower) Workstation. I run a 27" monitor with my laptop, and wanted a bracket to hold my 14" laptop - to allow me to run 2 screens side by side. The angle of the mount allows the laptop display to align higher than it would if on the desk - which makes it more seamless when ghosting the cursor across 2 extended displays.
The mount is really compact and light when stowed, so great for travellers. I'll mostly leave it in place permanently, and it does the job great.
