Even your tablet (up to 10.5") can be safely stored in the padded slip pocket. The spacious front pocket helps you keep things organised with its functional division into compartments for a smartphone, portable charger, pens and other items. Documents can fit into the additional zippered compartment on the back of the backpack. The comfortably moulded riveted carrying handles, an adjustable padded shoulder strap, and the trolley fastening strap on the back of the bag ensure that it is both flexible to use and comfortable to transport. Did not pass the test of time.

A few days after purchasing this bag, it started breaking on the sawn part. Unless this was just a one off, I would not recommend it. I went back to exchange for an HP one which was relatively more expensive but so far so good.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
