firstly i went for the black option but its more grey then black so that was kind of misleading but doesnt really matter unless you really want a black backpack ,The laptop slot is pretty good its not insanely well padded so if you throw the bag with your laptop in it at a wall its probs gonna break so dont expect amazing levels of protection, i bought a sleeve to fit my 14.2 inch Macbook pro m3 and both fit into the bag with no issues still nice amounts of room also the laptop slot is just the same material as some of the other pockets theres no like other fabric the water bottle area is great as its elastic so goes back to normal shape good...view more

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
