-Nice keyboard

Cons:
-Barely 2 hours max on battery
-Charging tip is flimsy, mine is already bent and in process of getting a replacement
-A fair bit of bloatware out of the box, takes up your storage and ram

This MSI laptop has been working well 2 months into my first year. Ive had to use a lot of programs so far like blender, autocad, visual studio, photoshop, illustrator and its been able to keep up. it may not be as fast as the gaming laptops others have but it certainly isnt as loud nor as expensive. I do agree with other reviews that the battery is tempermental as sometimes it can go from morning to lunch and other times its only got 2 hours. I have found that I can make it a little more consistent by using airplane mode. thankfully it charges pretty quickly with the 65w charger as opposed to the 45w charger most other laptops come with. Even without the promo price I paid for I sincerely think this is really value for money. You get good processor, 16 gigs of ram and decent storage along with a properly good 1080p screen for only three figures. You trade a touch screen for a higher processor spec and RAM. Audio is very tinny, so you'll need headphones or other audio equipment. It's OK, but I would choose something else in retrospect. This replaces 4yr old previous model which has been handed down. Specs are decent for price especially on promo and CPU seems to be a cut above similarly priced Laptops. Like another reviewer I also preferred this for keyboard.
No complaints about performance or build which seems OK though bit more plastic the previous model. However, I have no plans to toss it around, so this is not an issue.

So far today it has played a 2hr movie and done an hour of misc stuff and there is still 42% left. This replaces 4yr old previous model which has been handed down. Very happy with this purchase, good specs compared to others for the price. Easy to set-up and no issues. Good size and not too heavy. Wanted a model which would work on our HP dock, many other brands at the same price point didn't have that functionality. Good solid performer, but we will not be stretching its capabilities since it will mainly be used for email, web browsing and Microsoft 365 applications. Super quick, lightweight, easy to use. Absolutely fine as a home/portable computer, without a mainstream names. Highly recommended. I'm not a gamer so no idea if it would suit for that purpose. On sale its a really good price. Laptop isnt premium but doesnt feel too cheap either. gets the jobs done for me. Really good for the price point, performs well if you’re using it for work or studies and can handle games decently if needed, only down side of this product is the audio. I picked this out solely for the keyboard as of all the laptops i got try for a similar price this had the best feeling for me. months on and i still stand by that claim. battery is a bit flaky, sometimes it can for 4 hours other times its out in 2.
