the unit worked great... for 4 days. Then we couldn't connect to the wi-fi, GPS, wouldn't charge. It sent us repeated notifications in the middle of the night and spontaneously turned itself on and off. We logged an extensive request with the manufacturer for support including videos and photos and detailed descriptions. We received a canned response referring us to the help centre - which would have been fine except that in our logged service ticket we already advised we had worked through their support pages. The next day I received an automated response advising me the ticket was completed and please could I complete a survey on their...view more the unit worked great... for 4 days. I emailed them twice a day every day for 5 days until I received any response, acknowledging that the unit needed to be replaced. Don't buy this product, it may be suitable and we just picked up a dud one - we certainly did our research beforehand, but if something goes wrong, you're pretty much on your own having bought the unit and paid a subscription to their tracking services. Really poor and so disappointed.
