I have a heavy Asus ROG gaming laptop and searched for ages for a portable, lightweight and strong laptop stand. The OEM NEXSTAND is a brilliant design and is easy to fold for transport and easy to setup. The sliding mechanism, with 8 lock-in stages, means you can adjust the height of the laptop to suit your seating arrangement with a vertical transition of about 20cm. The arc grips that hold the computer in place are wide enough to hold the thickness of my ASUS ROG and there are special spacers that clip on so that the skinniest of laptops can be held too. I have my laptop on this so its screen is at the same level as an external monitor. Works well and I now have a DIY two monitor set up. Stable, affordable, good. If you set up frequently at a new desk/workspace this is a no brainer purchase.
