This really is the perfect laptop stand. I walked past it in the store and didn't think it looked flash so I kept walking - but goodness was I wrong!

Incredibly compact when folded, can slide into pretty much any backpack. Comes with pouch. Folds out into a stand that's as large or small as you want it to be.

Just ensure you double-check the video instructions - it's easy to misunderstand how to unfold it the first time and I can imagine people accidentally bending it with unneeded force. As other people have said, this thing feels like its really flimsy when you open it, but it holds firm. I like how easily it can be folded down, makes it easier to carry around. I was worried about how much it moves when there is no laptop on it, but it is rocksolid once you put a laptop on it. This is the second Nexstand laptop stand I have bought - now my husband and I both have one. They are excellent value for money, lightweight and portable for travel, and don't clutter the desktop. I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I'm not a fan of reading instruction booklets so I didn't realise I could adjust the height and spent the first couple of hours trying to sit really tall so I could see the screen LOL. It's actually ridiculously easy to adjust! The only drawback is that it's easy to knock the adjustment when removing your laptop and I sometimes find myself fiddling with it to get both sides even again. However, this is a me problem. I don't think I've ever seen a product like this with such consistently good reviews. I can confirm that it's a good quality stand that feels very secure once you put your laptop in it. As an artist, I have also used it to hold my 12.9" iPad and 13" Wacom drawing tablet. The adjustability has a lot of variety and the different levels suit my different needs. Super happy.
