Sound is pretty decent for the format, but here is what most reviews won’t talk about..
The speaker takes 30 seconds to start up if it was powered off.
It will not automatically re-pair to the last bluetooth device when it is switched back on.
The control button does not allow you to switch to next song, only play/pause it. Come on, how hard would it be to implement a double/triple tap to skip or go to previous song.
The volume change from device over bluetooth/airplay go in double increment compared to using the physical buttons on speaker.
Eg: 2 click for volume up will take one push volume up from the phone volume button.

Speaker volume noticeably lower when unplugged from charger
Limited customizability of the device as no dedicated app from harman kardon, and rely on google home for setting limited featureset.
Pretty large and heavy

What is good :
Deep bass for compact and affordable device
Ota updates available

Overall, I think the package and spirit is good, but poor execution, especially if you want to use as a portable outdoor bluetooth speaker.
As a smart speaker always on, it’s probably alright, but such a shame the bluetooth handling/ experience is not up to scratch.

Was ok for about a month, very distorted at medium to high volumes now. Sounds almost blown. Also can’t use Bluetooth on its own without it connected to wifi. Will be enquiring for a return.
