Product great but advertised photo wrong

I do recommend this product. Performance great but item photo wrong. Please update for web orders. I wouldn't have got this one if I knew it was like this. My internet speed jumped from 100mbps to 525mbps so great on performance with 33 items online. There are not many desktop 8 port Giga switches where all the cables plug in from from the back and with 8 indicating lights on the front. The only issue is that the web photo is wrong. This item had to be ordered in. Delivery was quick (3 day and suppose to the 14 day delivery date), so credit to PB. But when I got it and opened the sealed box, the product was different. 7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
