If you are looking for a quick and easy way to add more ports than this switch is for you. Just give it power and then you can start to fill up the ports and your off. Our business runs both on the cloud and has to move big files between computes and production equipment, so the faster the data can move the better. It does it without fuss and allowed us to retire our old T100 to a back up role.

Pros: you plug it in, plug in the patch leads and way you go. it's a simple as that
Cons: For a rack mounted unit you think they would include a d-plug power lead that a right angle connector for a smaller rack setup.
