Case is okay.

Case feels solid which is nice. It does come with a screen protector.
I've had this for aroumd month or so and the front cover border that you clip in to place seems to not be sitting as securely anymore.
Screen protector has basically rendered the fingerprint scanner useless.
The plastic on the bezel being raised makes it more difficult to swipe from sides of screen.
The charging port cover is fidgety and stiff, some could argue that's a good thing. It feels like I'm doing more damage scratching around the port with my cable than is worth keeping the port cover.
Cover does a great job holding on to the pen, absolute zero issues there.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
