Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5" Tablet - Grey

I'm usually a big fan of Samsung, but this tablet is disappointing. The screen display is so dull, the colours look washed out and changing the display settings doesn't make any significant difference. Except to make the edges of icons a little fuzzy.
The tablet drops its WiFi connection when other devices in the same space have no issues.

I've owned several tablets over the years and this is one of the best. It's a Samsung so you know it works well. Metal construction so it has that professional feel. Fully-supported with Samsung updates. Everything works well and I've had no glitches with it. I bought the LTE (SIM card) model. All good barring a few glitches, great unit storage at the price, and all round good value for money. I have found it a bit quirky as once I could not get any video to play, kept coming up 100% loaded but would not play, did a re-boot and appears to have solved the problem, but have no Idea why it happened, has this happened to anyone else? I've had this tablet for about 3 weeks now. I'm happy with speed, screen clarity and connections.
Two days ago it would simply not switch on although it had about 60% charge (last time I used it). I put it on charge, but no go. I kept the power button in for a long time, but no go.
I took it in to my PB Tech shop and one of the staff checked and then did a reset by holding in the power button and the RH volume button for about a minute. The tablet rebooted and so far so good. I've had this tablet for about 3 weeks now. I'm happy with speed, screen clarity and connections.

An excellent family tablet for web browsing and streaming. Fast enough with a decent screen and storage. I usually avoid devices that come with all the bloatware but it was easy enough to ignore all the Samsung apps and install the standard apps from Google.
