Not practical and not worth buying. When the stick is fully extended, the phone keeps shaking endlessly, which makes it very hard to use. The phone holder also only supports landscape mode and cannot hold the phone vertically, which is a poor design choice. Another issue is that the head can only tilt forward about 90 degrees, but it can barely tilt backwards, so it is impossible to shoot straight down from above.
