The Edimax EU-4208 is a compact USB Fast Ethernet adapter for an Ultrabook or Macbook Air with no Ethernet ports, or for desktop and notebooks that need an additional Fast Ethernet port. Worked on macOS after downloading firmware

Didn’t work straight away on macOS as we needed to download the manufacturer’s firmware but was great after that.

Unfortunate, as this is the only ethernet adapter advertised for Wii U on this website.

Didn't fit what it was intended for but was useful anyway

Bought this after searching "Ethernet to USB Nintendo Switch Adapter", It didn't work with the switch so I gave it to my grandfather who uses it alongside his laptop which didn't come with an Ethernet Port on it.

I purchased to connect to a Ethernet device with a laptop that had no network port. Device connected fine and worked very reliably. Great bang for buck.

We use this with a XiaoMi TV set-top box. Our wireless connection wasn't quite good enough for streaming television so we opted for this rather than purchase a range extender or wireless access point (AP). It has worked well, the streaming of programs is much better. Sometimes the mibox needs restarting when it comes out of sleep mode to activate the converter and re-connect to the router. This may be remedied by installing an updated driver for the MiBox - not sure.

Excellent product, at time of purchase product CD only has the latest Windows Drivers for Windows 8/8.1 but these work perfectly on Windows 10.
Easy Driver install, restart PC, disable Wi-Fi connection in Network settings enable Ethernet and restart PC, good to go with great speed.
