Works great

I use this device with 2 hdmi monitors of different sizes (21 and 28") , and an HP X360 Spectre laptop. Works great.
Note, Windows does need a separate driver installed to run the device.

OK performance for 2 monitors

Adapter works fine, but performance is a little lower than expected. I have the unit connected to laptop with i5 2.3GHz processor and 8GB RAM. It's good for running standard apps across two screens. But video frame rate is not that great. (not tried games but expect similar or worse). If I run the monitor direct from the laptop HDMI port the video is OK, but via the adapter the frame rate drops, audio can be out of sync and the overall PC speed is noticeably worse. I guess the USB3.0 bandwidth and/or the adapter capacity is not quite up to the task. On balance the adapter is doing what I need.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
