Instructions:

1. Place the hard disk in the 3.5''protection box.
2. Insert the Y-1039 SATA converter to the SATA 3.5?HDD in the SATA interface.
3. Connect the 12V/2A power adapter to the SATA converter.
4. Connect another side of the Y-1039 SATA converter to the USB cable.
5. Connect the USB cable to the computer.
6. Data can be transferred to the computer through the USB cable.

UNITEK-Y-1039-USB30-to-SATA-6G-Converter-Super-Speed 5Gbps Supports 2.5/3.5" HDD,SATA & SSD HDD.

Both Thumbs Up - for the UNITEK-Y-1039-USB30-to-SATA-6G-Converter-Super-Speed 5Gbps - I was able to clone my Asus G75VW, 1TB HDD drive including Windows 10 OS and all my Data onto my new Samsung 500Gb Solid State Drive in about 32 minutes flat.

Now I gotta tell you I'm definitely not a laptop technician, I'm just a Maori Boy from the bush. Neither have I ever taken the back off of any laptop or desktop computer before. Suffice to say after watching a couple of Youtube videos of how to go about it especially for my Asus and how to use a converter-for-cloning, Samsung Magician on 'what-to-do and how-to-do. USB to Sata worked well

After having issues with an older USB to SATA converter I brought this unit to attempt to migrate an old hard drive to an SSD on my Macbook Pro it worked perfectly

Bought one of these in a panic when trying to fix a bricked laptop. Very helpful staff member recommended the product, and answered my stupid questions well.

Very easy to use, very fast transfer speeds, and I was able to save all my documents.

Use this to connect SSD or HDD to your computer through USB. Can be very useful for many things.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
