Works great with the Rode Podcaster mic. It's well balanced for the Rode Podcaster. Would recommend.

If anything could be improved it would be making it possible to thread a USB cable through the stand (it has room for a cable). Bought the arm quite a few months back to help with streaming, as old one kept falling over due to the tiny leg stands they have, found the boom arm excellent to use with ease, but one thing is the tension arm to swing in and out isnt the best, as our first one failed, replaced quickly by the store with a smile. maybe a slightly better design for the tension part needed. All in all, great item. As the title says, awesome arm for any mic. Make sure you got the mic attached with some weight on it other wise it pops back up. This product is as good as anyone can tell you. Doesn’t sag down at all. If buying this you might want to make sure you have a lip on your desk top if you want to clamp it on. This mic arm is a really good addition to any desk. It has two mounting options, a clamp and an in desk option which requires you to drill a hole in the desk. Very easy to attach to my desk, not a hassle at all. Once attached it is very sturdy and holds my microphone in place very well. It's easy to rotate around and not flimsy at all. Very good product.
