I only used it a few times before it randomly stopped working (pressing the power button wouldn't turn it on). I had to take it back for a refund. I won't buy this again. I knew that for the price, this would be minimal. I was pleasantly surprised by the light itself. You can easily adjust both brightness and colour temperature within useful ranges, and it perceptibly improves my on-screen image. The fold is imperceptible in use, and would save space if you want to pack it away. The instructions are minimal. The on-off switch is invisible, a black-on-black relief. My big beef is with the mountings. The lamp itself has a tripod nut underneath and a flash slide mount above it in the ring. I use a webcam and want to put the light on a table or above my monitor. The tripod screw is 1/4" 20 - imperial, not at our hardware stores. I'm going to have to do something with No 8 wire.
