The MDP2DPMM2M 2m Mini DisplayPort™ to DisplayPort Adapter Cable, features a Mini DP male connector on one end, and a DP male connector on the other, allowing you to connect any Mini DisplayPort-equipped laptop (including the Mac® family of products) to an HDTV, monitor or projector that uses a standard DisplayPort connection.

The mDP to DP cable supports high resolutions of up to 4k x 2k (3840 x 2160) @ 60Hz with a maximum HBR2 bandwidth of 21.6 Gbps. The cable also supports Multi-Stream (MST) for daisy chaining multiple monitors and provides optional audio support.

The MDP2DPMM2M is backed by StarTech.com's Lifetime Warranty, for guaranteed reliability and ensures that digitally protected content is displayed properly, with both HDCP and DPCP capability.

Please Note: Newer laptop and desktop computers (e.g. Apple®) come equipped with Thunderbolt™ ports only. Our Mini DP to DP Cables can be connected to the Thunderbolt ports, enabling you to connect your DP compatible displays.

Fantastic purchase

I bought a 144Hz monitor a while back but only had an HDMI cord to connect to my PC, because of this I could only run at 60Hz which rendered my monitor useless compared to how it could be performing. The team at PBtech was unbelievably helpful when I contacted them with my problem. Through their own research and checking stock, they found this product for me which was brilliant. No hassle, I plugged it into my mini Dp and was immediately greeted with infinitely better color, resolution, and Hz. For this price it was well worth.

Do not use if you have bluetooth device too

Not bad cable if you just need something to plug in and dont also have bluetooth devices next to it.
Have a blue tooth headset that is frequently disconnecting next to it since I plugged it in. Had it in for less then a day before changing back to berkin adapter instead.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
