Nice and easy to install, set up and use. It does appear to pick up random movements at times though. ie plants, and vehicles in a distance. There is also a small delay in picking people movement. ie People walking from driveway to door - they are at the door, but it didn't pick them up walking (3-4sec). The Reolink has excellent camera clarity and is easy to install. If you are close to Wi-Fi then you can view live and store the recordings, if Wi-Fi is not close an SD card saves any movement for viewing later if need be. Has mine for 8 months. Still 25% battery life left. It was triggered while we were in Australia and it was good to see the “interloper” was the neighbour looking after our place! I have four Reolink cameras set up outdoors on the wet West Coast.
All four are running on Solar panels, and the batteries stay topped up.
The oldest is now 3 years old and I have had no faults.

We have now used this camera for about 7 months, so we have seen how this camera performs through winter (rain) and summer (heat). We connected the camera to the Reolink solar panel for wireless usage and have not had to take it out to charge ourselves (not even once). However, having said that, we keep the camera on a low to medium sensitivity setting. We couldn't keep the sensitivity level high because we live on a very busy road. At the high sensitivity level, the battery drained much faster than the sun could recharge it. The auto light on the camera is also very useful at night - You won't need separate outdoor lights. The light on this camera is very powerful. I think there could be more improvements to the app (i.e. showing a quick video with the app notification like Google does), but other than that, quite happy with the purchase.

But even though I am a product engineer (retired.), I found it time consuming to install (along with the wireless Reolink Solar Panel). With a swiveling mounting base, I thought it could be simply mounted under the eves in any position required and out of the weather but the base does not extend far enough down under the eves to the mount point on the camera to enable about a 90 degree pivot of the camera. Should have been supplied with a simple steel 90 degree angle bracket with holes pre-punched. And a punched plate for the Solar Panel to be mounted on the roof is also required. I fabricated a plate which slipped under a bottom concrete roof tile curved edge and fastened the outer end to the top edge of the gutter with 2 self-tapping screws. I bought a 200 x 80 x 1mm flat steel repair plate with multiple punched holes in it from Mitre 10 ($7.00) which I snipped to size for this. More thought about installation is required by Reolink.

Didn't check the compatibility, which cannot work with NVR. But is all good that I put indoor, and with SD card. The battery surprisingly last long. Would said it not suitable for outdoor, because is wireless, and easy to move around and put anywhere I want in the house, but it also mean easy to get stolen if is out door.
