Mostly good.

I thought my previous computer could be updated to Windows 11. The staff at PB Tech told me it didn't have the capability. I had to buy a new computer instead. It works well except that occasionally my screen goes blank for a second or two while the sound is still functioning. Then it resumes. Also occasionally the sound doesn't work for a second or two while the screen is still functioning. Then it resumes. I told a PB Tech staff member about this issue and he recommended I have a computer expert come to my house and assess the situation. I know this would be very expensive. The customer has since contacted us to clarify that the technical issues described in this review were not due to the refurbished Dell Optiplex 7090 purchased from PB. A technician assessed the setup and confirmed the computer is functioning correctly. The customer would like to make it clear that the product works well.
