4 X 120mm fans, cheap, good cooling, quiet enough, non braided wires, no RGB e.t.c. Not much to say if you need 4 fans for a budget build at a decent price these are your go to. Bought these fans a week ago to go into my first pc build and they’ve been great. I can’t hear them when I’m gaming and even without headphones on they’re still reasonably quiet.
Cons:
Had to cut the plastic slider thing on cable head

Very good fans for the price. They're a lot quieter than I expected based on other reviews. Ketchup and mustard colored wires, and a bit short, but not an issue with good cable management.
