I bought this for a new setup. It was easy to install, comes with a little tube of thermal paste to use if you don't have any, and you can download software to change the RGB to whatever you like. Temps have been good so far too, haven't had any issues with overheating.
The only con is that the cables for the RGB are so short that you'll have to run them in front of the motherboard instead of going behind and up, so it looks a little messier than I'd want. I have an mATX mobo so if you have a mini ITX maybe it'd be fine?

Fast forward about a month later my temps are still yet to hit anything over 60 degrees! It was very easy to install/mount this cooler onto my desired CPU. The instructions that I had followed to install the mounting items was very easy and the daisy chained argb headers were very useful too. I had a stock AMD cooler and I was reaching around 69 degrees on full load! I did not expect this cooler to drop my temps by 10-15 degrees, now I’m barely touching 65 after playing for a few hours.
