Crucial BX500 1TB 2.5" Internal SSD

I've used multiple DRAM less SSDs and this one from Crucial includes additional software to manage your SSD unlike the Lexar branded ones, which don't offer any support on "Over Provisioning" or additional optimisation of storaging temporary system files using your system RAM. Crystal Disk benchmarks are also better than Lexar and Gigabyte ones but still slightly slower than my Samsung 860 EVO. Keep in mind the price and DRAM-less results its pretty awesome! If you have important files and a bit of extra money get the MX500 instead of BX500 as that one has DRAM. Bought this when they were on sale, so the value was amazing.
Used mainly as a boot drive, but have installed game launchers and other software on too, and extra space for a game I play regularly so it loads faster than the main HDD in the system. Bought this when they were on sale, so the value was amazing.

Bought this to upgrade a PC for my mates boy who was just getting in to gaming.
Detected and installed windows no hassle, and boots up much faster than the old spinning drive he had.
