500GB is a reasonable size for SSD if you plan on only running online games which is what I did. If you plan on downloading larger games such as COD or Red Dead 2 on SSD then would go bigger. I shopped around for a long time and did a significant amount of research before purchasing this SSD. Its the fastest one on the market thats supported by my motherboard.
I have now reinstalled my OS on this drive and my computer is significantly faster. If your looking for a cheap way to speed up everything then this SSD is for you.
Just make sure you put it into the correct M.2 slot as on my PC the X2 slot was easy to get to, but the faster X4 slot was under my graphics card.
You will also want to make sure you have an appropriate heat sync for maximum performance.
