Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 3.5" Internal HDD

Purchased two of these to replace my first HDD (named "Cold Solder") which had been chugging along despite being a decade past it's life expectancy, before finally giving up and bricking just as a sale rolled by. These HDDs are easy to install and setup, and were immediately put to work replacing files and folders that I could scavenge from my old HDD.

After 2 years, just after the warranty ended I have SMART checks returning caution due to reallocated sectors count, current pending sector count and uncorrectable sector count. So files are being corrupted constantly.

Do keep in mind bias in reviews because I am only writing this because of issues, if it had none I probably wouldn't leave a review. I am not anything close to a power user but I got this to add to a PB tech built machine to supplement the SSD OS drive.

Plugged it in, started up and had data transferring at advertised speeds within minutes. Great for media storage, in my case Kodi server for the house.z.
