Was throwing a quick rig together during lockdown so needed good pricing and quality. This hdd has been doing well so far, no problems so can’t complain. If your looking for speed, investing in SSD is a good idea but if storage is your main focus then this product will do nicely. Sadly I haven’t been able to set it up properly yet because I’m not sure how to but my friend will be doing it soon. when i first plugged it in the hard drive actually never came up on my computer which was confusing and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Purchased as a replacement RAID drive, previously a WD black. I have not noticed a decrease in speed on the RAID array, the drive is very quiet both in operation and head seeking. Been using BarraCuda for ages and it's a good reliable harddrive for it's price. I end up using these as extra storage from my computers, perfectly decent as a main drive too.
Nothing to complain about the speed, SSD is where you want faster speeds i say. it's delivery had no problems.
