Nothing much to say its a 4tb HDD and you get what you pay for. Really easy to set up even for somebody relatively new to PC gaming like myself. I purchased this 4TB drive as a replacement for 2TB drive that had started to error. The old drive was 7200 RPM, I haven't noticed any difference with the slower 4TB replacement, but it is only used for backups and archival (my main desktop drive being an SSD). It seems quite quiet in operation. It's supposed to be more energy efficient - a nice bonus. I purchased this 4TB drive as a replacement for 2TB drive that had started to error. I needed a larger drive for my old NAS (D-Link DNS-320L) so I could archive multimedia stuff mainly. Yes, the drive has SMR (Shingled magnetic recording) which is noticeably slower to write to than other Seagate drives, but if you're looking to just store heaps of stuff that doesn't change often it's not a problem.
