Their in store experts can not be matched by other retailers. I purchased two of these 4TB external hard drives for my home business Wifi server. Solid piece of kit. I backed up 2 desk top PCs & a laptop and still have room left. Downloading was fairly quick for the amount of data. Have yet to upload from the device but, only using it as mass storage. This hard drive was specified as plug and go. It needed formating and resetting before we could save anything to the hard drive. Bit difficult for the someone who may not be tech savvy. Does everything I wanted from this well designed 4TB portable disk. Got all my 30 years of data collection on here and doing some smart searches now.
