If you do get this, please make sure you have/get some sort of external power source (ie plug it into a monitor that is plugged into the pc or use an externally powered usb dock). Usb 3 ports are just barely able to power the drive, and the drive frequently drops off when used in both usb 3 and 2 ports, not great for peace of mind with data integrity although I haven't had any issues with corrupted data yet.
