No built in speakers

I'm only giving it 4 stars but that is because it says in the description that it has built in stereo speakers (which is one of the main reasons I bought it) but it does not have any speakers built in.
The lights work great.

A disappointing purchase and helmet

Whilst this review is not a reflection on PB Tech as they are good to deal with, the smart helmet is uncomfortable, the straps are annoying, and the functionality is limited. It also does not have the functionality I wanted, which is the inbuilt speakers and connectivity to mobile. Overall, not really good value for money, and does not have the MIPS system either.

Neo Smart Sandstorm Helmet

Excellent product. I like the features of the helmet - appreciate the lights in the front AND back. Reasonably priced and looking forward to getting lots of use out of it.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you need to fill out our request a return form.
