Compared to our $70 chrome fan from Mitre 10, it is about the same size but so much quieter (on a medium setting).

It stands just high enough to blow across our bed.

I've been able to add this fan to my night routine with Google Assistant. It's strong enough to keep the heat away but stays quiet enough to have it in the bedroom. 1st unit bought was fantastic therefore got 2nd unit a week after... less power draw for the DC motor. The fan design delivered more air circulation. This is the best product I have bought in a while, the natural breeze setting is great for in the bedroom when you don't want air blasting at you all night. Really happy with this fan. Tried a few different smart fans as I wanted to integrate a fan into HomeKit. This works great via HomeBridge and allows all controls via HomeKit now. The fan is smaller than the one I was replacing, but still moves heaps of air and is actually a really nice size - doesn’t take up too much space but still performs really well. Pros: Nice air feel. Very quiet. Simple, minimalist design. Good size. Lightweight. Enjoying being able to control via the app. Cons: Was expecting the height to be easily adjustable, rather than needing to remove a part to make it shorter. I did not like the sound of the beep, but was happy to be able to disable this via the app. Overall: We have been using this for a few days now. Very happy with this purchase. Best fan I have owned. While setup was a little finicky, once configured and on the wifi (must be 2.4ghz) it is awesome. Can add to siri shortcuts and control on/off, oscillation, fan speed, and breeze mode, although that took a bit of googling to find out how. (via the automation menu, add manual, choose command, and once automation is saved it can then be added to Siri). Build quality is great, albeit mainly plastic. Performance wise it destroys the standard type fans, and the natural breeze option works a treat and actual feels really quite realistic. No regrets about this machine at all. Bought this a few days ago. The fan is solidly built; nice and quiet. It has direct and breeze mode, 30 to 140 degrees oscillation, timer event, etc. All of this can be controlled via the Mi Home App. I would have given it 5 stars. However, when linked up to Google Nest, only two commands work: On & Off. You can't even alter the fan speed by voice command. It's kind of a bummer. Bought this a few days ago. Intrusive app that means you can't mute the fan (that beeps really loudly with any button press) without downloading their app that is 134mb and needs permission for notifications location etc Good fan.
