Multiple serious issues:
- Bluetooth disconnects every time computer restarts.
- Plastic on the earphone holder bracket is so brittle it got broken in three places after only a few months of careful use.

Mic stopped working within a week. Given I wanted to use it for online meetings - completely useless. Mic stopped working within a week. Given I wanted to use it for online meetings - completely useless.

Good headset but unfortunately lots of people have an issue with the mic just completely not working or being really poor. It is a complete let down that the product does not work straight out of the box. Also there seems to be 0 fix for the issue razer will just tell you to reinstall drivers and restart your pc. Awesome audio quality,comfy air pads for hours of use and reasonably priced,wireless connectivety is great no wires to get in the way while playing.

I've had these nearly 2 years, so I feel qualified to say: these headphones are truly awful. Firstly, it is a common issue (according to Reddit) that they only charge while turned on and connected. If they die of low battery? You better pray that they'll randomly gain enough juice to turn on for long enough that they can start charging. I'll leave them charging overnight, presuming they are turned on and therefore charging, but about 50% of the time they'll never start charging. At least the battery life is long.
