I got these to help with a partner who snores. It did not help at all. I could not even tell if the ANC actually worked. It took a while to get a good fit and the selection of sizes of buds and wings is impressive.
These could be helpful for someone who wakes in the night with an active mind or having difficulty falling asleep.
Also, the alarm in the ear is a nice touch so you dont wake your partner (which is ironical if you have been up half the night because said partner was snoring!) The case and quality feel of the A30 Earbuds led me to believe these would be a valued addition to my sleep routine. The smartphone app is too complex for something that is used before bedtime and sleep, and I found myself navigating the app rather than getting to sleep sooner. The A30 Earbuds were initially comfortable, and despite multiple different sized tips supplied, found them to push on my ears and so not as comfortable as previous sleeping earbuds I've used in the past. Having to manage and plan ahead at such a granular level, isn't something you'd expect for a sleep aid product at this price point. It's a balancing act that isn't conducive for preparing for a good night sleep.

Previously owned the Bose Sleepbuds II that were far superior from a comfort and battery longevity perspective.

Very comfortable for a side sleeper. Good range of sizes for ear tips & wings. Noise cancellation works better than expected. The only downside is that they tend to switch to local mode with calming sounds while I'm still awake and in the middle of a podcast. Annoying but easily fixed with a double-tap on the left earpiece. Used these since purchase. With all the heavy wind and rain the last few days in Wellington, coupled with afternoon naps, these make it easy to block all sound and disturbances.

Much improved on the previous model, these are more comfortable and seem to better detect when I fall asleep meaning the battery lasts all night. I'm very happy with them. according to my wife , comfortable and noise cancelling worked really well to block my snoring noise.

App for sleeping quality measurement may not be that arcuate as it may overstated than reality.

Very comfortable to side sleep. But aadly these only work to cancel out some lower bass note snoring. If your partner has a deep bass type snore then these are great. For higher pitched loud breathing sounds they don’t work. Really disappointing.

I also have Apple AirPod Pros which are awesome at active noise cancelling blocking 90% of all snoring. They are uncomfortable to side sleep in but I change to these if I really need to sleep. Very comfortable to side sleep. But aadly these only work to cancel out some lower bass note snoring. If your partner has a deep bass type snore then these are great.
