Mid range slightly recessed. Good clean bass down to the bottom of the bass guitar and fades somewhat below that. Top end is bright but clear. Overall the voicing is somewhat dark, especially compared to my ancient AKG K601's but to be fair the AKG phones were very much more expensive. Awesome headphones. They feel mechanically uncomplicated and light; nothing seems to be unnecessary. Sound is impeccable and blown away by their performance, especially at this price. Pros: Excellent sound. I'm no audiophile but the quality, to me, is superb.
Cable length - this depends what you like but for me the short 1.2M cable is fine and not too unwieldy.
Plug and go. No addition software, etc, no dramas.
Adapter is screw-on, so easy to just re-attach it when not in use so as not to lose it.

Similarly, slightly less cushioning then others I have worn. Still fine headphones, would recommend for the money, but for those looking for all-day headphones, I would say keep looking.
I hold out hope that stretching will help with the pressure issue.

I got these on sale which was a bargain. These were an upgrade for my HD 380 pro, which are closed back.

The 1/4" headphone output on my Yamaha amplifier is ample to drive these and they sound great with both vinyl and streaming services such as Spotify, on only quarter volume setting.

Modern phones do not have sufficient output to properly drive these, however I still had my HTC One M7 lying around and they output enough power to actually make these sound good.

The only issue I have is the bundled 3.5mm cable is slightly too short, it is only 1.8m and not 3m as specified in the description. I got these on sale which was a bargain. These were an upgrade for my HD 380 pro, which are closed back.

You don’t need an amp for these bad boys. Just plug it in and enjoy. I’ve never had open back headphones before so I can’t compare these to any other open back model.
