Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless Premium Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones - 80th Anniversary Edition

Having been in the audio industry for a large part of my career, I rate these over ear headphones highly. Bought these for listening to music and podcasts around the house. Was concerned when reading other reviews about connection issues but so far have not had any, only the normal blue tooth issues, like walking out of range, reconnecting when you use a different device. Sometimes my music stops and I have to restart it (might be the app), but the connection seems better than other blue tooth devices I have used. Usually they auto connect as soon as I put them on. It's so easy. Love the quality of the music and being able to control noise cancellation. Also love the touch controls, while they might not be as precise as having a dial, it is so convenient stopping and starting music at a touch and turning the volume up and down with a swipe. So happy with my purchase, worth paying the extra price to get them.

These sound great, better than my XM5s. They made my music sound genuinely satisfying, I just sat there staring off into space, enjoying the sound. No other headphone has given me quite the same experience. Very pleased with these. The Bluetooth connection has crackled once, I see this is a common issue with these headphones. Touch controls played up at one point and I had to disable them and re-enable them to get them to work again. In terms of build quality, they look and feel great. They're so comfy I can forget they're even on my head! They feel sturdily built so I expect these headphones to last me a long time. I'm considering buying a Bluetooth dongle to hopefully improve Bluetooth connectivity. I highly recommend these headphones, they are my favourite pair I own. I searched around and did a lot of research before buying these M4's, everyone bangs on about the Sonys and the Bose because of the noise canceling, the M4's noise canceling isn't as good, but I feel the sound is better, more separation with instruments a nice amount of base, and the heights are clear, the options to adjust your own sound profile and save multiple styles for different music types is great. I just wore them nonstop on a flight to Bali from Auckland and I didnt fatigue at all comfort and sound. These headphones have perfect noise canceling and being able to control the noise canceling is perfect, good for flights etc, but for someone who absolutely loves music I have either got a faulty pair or these lack sound. My 5 year old corsair gaming headphones are 5 times louder and have a lot more bass. Disappointed, but happy with use for office and travel. I found the sound on these headphones to be really great but the touch controls are hit and miss. Also, the on/off button is confusing because you don't know if they are on/off or in bluetooth pairing mode.
