A great feel to these headphones, the headband is nice to touch and does not feel like it will break - Durability was a must for me, and these headphones have it. The ear pieces swivel well and feel sturdy, and they're flat enough that they're still comfortable when lying down. They arrived fully charged and already to go in blue-tooth paring mode - couldn't be easier.
While hearing calls through the headphones, I have had to adjust sound preferences to get the microphone to work - but that's probably a device thing not the headphones.

The touch controls are really cool, a bit sensitive, but i've gotten used to it. There is a feature for the headphones to pause the audio when taken off the head to save battery. I've disabled this function, as it meant I couldn't listen with one ear on and one ear off (when listening to people around me).
Sound quality is great.

These are fantastic headphones, I love that I can also adjust the noise cancelling for where I am.

Im using these as my pc headphones, and plugging them into my audio interface they work perfectly. But if i charge them up to use wirelessly they have a lot of connectivity issues and annoyances. Random beeping and disconnects make them impossible to use, i have to reconnect every 10-15 minutes. Searching online it seems these are common issues with the headphones and are a manufacturing or software issue. Since i dont need the wireless function they work fine for me, however i wouldn't recommend if you NEED wireless headphones. Absolutely phenomenal sound quality, especially if you get the dongle that gives you APT-X support. Even without the dongle, they still sound amazing. The battery life is also fantastic. High quality noise cancelling headphones, super comfortable and very intuitive touch controls. Blown away by the noise cancelling to transparent switching and, as someone with sensative ears, do not find them uncomfortable for touch or noise volume over long periods of use.

Plenty of smart features, such as turning off automatically when placing back in the case, automatically pausing play when you momentarily lift the headphones from your ears.

My headphones gaslight me by pretending they're on 0 battery -- flickering red light and saying "recharge headset" then when I plug them in they're instantly at 100% battery etc, are are definitely actually fully charged. Regardless of that, connection is a pain and I very frequently have to reset them and repair, and it's horrible. They sound fantastic. Sound quality is good, probably better than Apple air max, also ANC is very effective. Comfortable to wear, but sometimes are difficult to connect to devices. I have used a bunch of headphones before and my common problem with them is that it becomes painful on the ears during long hours of use. It has been about 2 weeks since I purchased Momentum 4 and I can say that it is very comfortable even after using it for long hours. I was also able to use these headphones for a call and the sound of the voice of the person I was talking to was just so clear. What I can say in terms of the noise-cancelling is not completely blocking the surrounding sounds when you are not playing any music which means it is not a complete noise-cancelling headphones. I can say that these headphones are phenomenal, excellent sound quality, there are instruments and voice expressions that are enhanced with these headphones.
The Sony are a little bit better with the noise cancelling, but only marginal.
The app is very user friendly, and the headphones are very easy to connect and update.
