This was a great buy for someone who does not know much about technology but wanted to be able to run several USB at one time.

My old usb port hub didn't come with an external power option, meaning when using it with certain device combinations it would cause them to simply not work.

I bought the USB port hub to get more space on my desk. Once I plugged it in I didn't have any problems and everything worked like normal. I couldn't have asked for a better buy.
