Purchased this to replace the last one that just died. Previous one was mounted in one position for just over a year so no knocks or anything and for some reason it just died, it would only work for USB 1 but any USB 2/3 device that was plugged in wouldn't be detected. So... while they work they make it easier than trying to get under the desk to plug directly into the computer, if you are using an USB3 external harddrive & flash drives you may have drop out of one or the other due to lack of power, this can be remedied by plugging an external power supply into the hub if you wish to spend the coin but other than that be aware due to power...view more Purchased this to replace the last one that just died. Has 4 port in total, enough for charging my phone , e-cig and connect to portable hard disc. It has an LED light showing its connected or not. Look OK in photos, but cheap and rather flimsy, speed is not as good as advertised and definitely not worth the (already on sale) price, am I happy with this on a scale 1 - 10? 10 is ecstatic and 1 is miserable then I am at 4. Guess that reflect the saying "what you paid for is what you get". Doesn’t work, promised so much, bought on holiday as a mobile solution, threw away boxes as was traveling..didn’t work. when I got home I tried on multiple PCs...still doesn’t work. It’s even too light to use as a paperweight. Wish I never purchased.
