The keys wobble just when holding the keyboard and giving it a little gentle motion. Nobody would ever mistake these knockoff caps for real cherry or equivalent keys. The mechanics are very spring like and ticky. You honestly would probably be better off with a membrane than this quality of mechanical-like action. The Redragon brand is about the same price range and the build quality is good enough for most gamers albeit also easily recognizable as a budget cap but this is too far, too cheap and sloppy. Keyboard was a good fit, pleasant clicking sound, full keyboard, multiple lighting modes, it had almost anything i could ask for in a keyboard. is a great match for both a working laptop and gaming pc. There is no app to change the backlighting on this keyboard. You're stuck with the few preset options they provide on board. You might be able to adjust lighting through another third party app but I am not sure. The keyboard backlighting is okay-ish when looking from straight above it. I wouldn't buy this particular model again and do not recommend it unless it was advertised at a very well price and suited another application. Keyboard is great, worked over 3 years now, however, when originally buying I thought that the RGB was moving like a smooth wave, but the photo shown on the image is just static. The colors do not move, unless you change the setting of the keyboard, where it only displays one color at a time and slowly changes, works great however.
