Overall - Great industry standard tablet.

Purchased for Photoshop and Lightroom use. I found the tablet easy to setup and configure the buttons using suggestions from a variety of helpful YouTube clips. After a couple of weeks of use it has sped up my photo workflow by at least 20 with more to come.

Only comment and advice I'd give is I found I scaled down the effective tablet size so I just had to move my wrist and not my whole arm. So I probably should have just bought the PTH451 'small' version.

I bought this tablet hoping to be able to use it for almost everything, instead of a mouse, but it really doesn't work like that. And it doesn't seem to be rather inconsistent re pressure. I do a lot in InDesign and it seems sometimes too sensitive, and it actually moves boxes etc. when you don't notice if you click just a tiny bit too hard, but other times you have to click several times to get it to work at all. Really annoying.

I was not impressed with the quick start "manual" – one sheet of paper showing what's tin the box and how to connect it up. I couldn't get the pen to register in the tools for ages, and in the end I had to shut down the computer and it finally appeared. The scroll wheel doesn't seem to operate as it should and trying to program it to work different ways is quite hard so I' basically don't use that now.
I also don't find it at all easy in Word when editing in Track Changes. Sometimes it's great it not when you have to make something, then put the pen down, then type, then pick the pen up again. Way too slow.
I have only tried it in Photoshop a few times so far and I find the "circle" size for the magic wand is very difficult. I need to practise with it a lot ore I think. I don't have any problem changing forma mouse, and it's good to have something light in my hand instead of s heavy mouse, so I will persevere with it but it's not all it's cracked up to be. Not for general use anyway.
