Easy to use, nice print quality

Would get 5 stars if it didn't waste so much tape with each label print :P it does have the option to "batch print" labels though which is handy if you're doing a whole bunch at a time. The cable label function is also handy.

Piece of shit

Don't waste your money. Tape cartridge imploded on pretty much first use, you'll be immediately on the hook for another $40 fragile cartridge.
