It does what it says and has a retractable locking guide to help protect the plug. Performance is good. One thing that doesn't work is what I bought it for. Fiery print controllers have a clone tool to back them up (FTC) and I was unable to use this stick to do so. I have asked Fiery for an approved vendor list of known good USB sticks but they have not responded. None of that is the fault of this stick and I used it today to copy movie files off a client's computer that they had taken with their phone of another fault that I need to escalate to Fiery as part of my job.
