But the data speed is very slow. I can't recall the exact speed, I think it was around 12-13 Mb/S. It was less than half the speed of a 4 year old Kingston Datatraveller G4 32 GB flashdrive

Price is fine and functionally of the device is fine. But it isn't USB 3.2 speed. Have a USB 3.2 M.2 drive and the key doesn't even compare. But its fast enough. After a dozen or so uses of switching between a Mac and a PC, the drive became read-only. Any attempt to unlock failed and eventually the drive will no longer mount.
