Item's function is not clear from product page - Doesn't do 4k out!

I bought this with the intention of splitting the 4K out from my PC to my monitor and TV, However this only has 4K inputs, not output. The output will always be 1080p, Which leads to horrible scaling on the image. If you only need 1080p This would be fine, But for my use case, it's useless.

I did contact support and they offered an immediate refund.

Product didn't power on - faulty

Unfortunately the product arrived well packaged and included what was required. Unfortunately the unit did not power on.
PB Tech made the process to return the product quite easy.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
