There is no way of tightening the arms to stay in place. Monitors keep falling whenever I slightly nudge them even though the combined weight of my monitors is only 5kg, (3kg less than the amount it says it can hold) very annoying. Would not recommend. This item is good for the price and is very sturdy. Only downside I have is that both my monitors (same size and model) don't actually sit at the same height and one of them is actually on a little lean just to make it seem like it's in the right spot. Only a minimal fault that you don't really notice when using them but otherwise really happy. This item is good for the price and is very sturdy. Great product and does the job required. have four of these in the office now and never had an issue with any of them at all. Would buy again if had the need. Don't buy. Poorly made. Wont hold my new light LG monitor the fist time I used it. It keeps turning sideways. Have ask for replacement but have been giving the runaround after buying New 2 new 27" monitors, monitor bracket, stand sit desk, CPU bracket for desk & Synology DS718 with 2 WD black harddrives.
