This riser is just the ticket - it's rock solid and doesnt look bulky on my desk. It has provided me just the right amount of elevation for my screen for Zoom calls. I love this laptop stand. I initially looking at other stands which appeared slimmer and lighter, but went with Brateck since it could double as a monitor stand. I have no regrets! It is heavier than other stands, but how often do you carry a stand around?! I like that it is solidly built and don’t worry about my laptop slipping off. Size wise, it is comparable to other stands. You do need to install the pieces together, but the instructions are clear and it’s very simple. I love this laptop stand. I purchased two screen risers initially and loved them so much I purchased a further two. They are easy to use, look sleek and take up very little space on the desk.
